AMMOUDI  

Beautiful sandy, fully organized beach only 60 meters from Victoria Hotel. The clear and calm waters are suitable for swimming and water sports. Ideal for children.

KITROPLATIA  

Wonderful little beach in the town center of Agios Nikolaos, is surrounded by a paved road with restaurants and cafes.

AMMOS  

Another beautiful beach in the city center, next to the Marina of Aghios Nikolaos, Ammos beach is surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

ALMIROS  

The magnificent beach of Almiros is situated 2 km south of Agios Nikolaos. The whole area is full of reeds and eucalyptus, which grow in water sources. There you can enjoy swimming and the rich flora and fauna of the region. Almiros is one of the most important wetlands in Greece.

AMMOUDARA  

Natural, fully organized sandy beach is situated 3 km south of Agios Nikolaos.

KARAVOSTASI  

A quiet beach 10 km from Agios Nikolaos just before the entrance to Kalo Chorio village.

AGIOS PANTELEIMONAS  

Beautiful beach located at Istron of Kalo Horio, is surrounded by eucalyptus and tamarisk. At the sand dunes of this beach there is a Minoan plant growing called "lily of the sea".

VOULISMA  

Wonderful, sandy, organized beach is located at the center of Kalo Horio (Istron). The clear blue, shallow waters and fine sand attract a large number of visitors.

HAVANIA  

Gorgeous, sandy, fully organized beach located on the 2nd km of the coast road Agios Nikolaos to Elounda.

KOLOKITHA  

Beautiful, exotic beach with turquoise waters and white sand is situated in the area of Elounda, about 16 km from Agios Nikolaos.

VAI - Palm Grove  

The most popular beach in the prefecture of Lasithi, tropical, with fine sand and crystal clear blue waters. Located in the Northeast tip of Crete and 24 km away from Sitia. The combination of beautiful beach along with the palm tree forest is creating a rare exotic landscape. Vai palm grove has been declared an aesthetic forest with rare flora and fauna. It is unique and the largest palm grove in Europe.

CHRISI ISLAND  

This is an uninhabited island with an exotic figure that is 8.5 miles south of Ierapetra. Accessible by boat starting from the port of Ierapetra, 10:30 am and 12:30 am, daily. Main features of the island are the golden sand beach with crystal clear turquoise waters, numerous shells and the rare forest of cedars.
